Therapy for people living unconventional lives, navigating periods of profound change, or questioning what comes next

Maybe you've always seen things differently. Or maybe something has shifted, and your life no longer feels familiar in the way it once did. You may feel caught between who you've been and who you're becoming, without a clear sense of what comes next. Therapy can be a place to stay with that uncertainty for a while, without rushing to explain it away.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and doctoral researcher in transpersonal psychology. My work sits at the intersection of psychotherapy, consciousness, creativity, and transformative experience.

My practice is centered on individuals and couples whose lives don't always follow conventional scripts. Together, we explore what has brought you here, what may no longer fit, and what might be emerging in its place.

My approach tends to resonate with people who are curious about their inner lives and willing to look beyond easy answers. I believe there is value in understanding our experience before trying to change it, and that not every uncertainty needs to be resolved before we can begin to find our way through.
